The purpose of this appendix is to govern the conditions of access and use of the Application. Please read it carefully. The terms of use apply to you as a user of the Services.
Roger company ("Roger") offers an inter-company communication and collaboration service intended for: • Service providers (agencies, consulting firms); • Sales channels; • Investment funds and investment banks; • Any company operating on a project basis; • Schools and other secondary institutions.
The services are provided via the website www.getroger.io (the "Platform") and may include (the "Services"): • A space (the "Home") grouping together areas specific to each project; • A space specific to each project (the "Room"), in which the project stakeholders are grouped; • A communication service ("Chat") either via thematic communication channels (a "Channel"), with certain members of the room, or via direct conversations (a "DM"), allowing one-on-one or group discussions with certain members; • A file management service (the "Files"), where you can find all the files sent or received in discussions in which you are involved; • A task management service (the "Tasks Board"), in which you can assign tasks to people in the room, with priority levels, deadlines;
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Services as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
They may be supplemented if necessary by special conditions of use for certain Services which will supplement these general conditions and, in case of contradiction, will prevail over them.
To improve their operation and quality, and due to the particularity of the digital sector, Roger may regularly change the characteristics and features of the Application. Thus, Roger is likely to add, delete or replace certain features. The Application is updated regularly.
The user is informed by email of changes within 30 (thirty) days before the entry into force of the new version of the Terms of Use. During this period, the Provider can terminate the Terms of Use by any means (for example, by sending an email expressing their desire to no longer use the Application). Otherwise, the Provider will be bound by the new version of the Terms of Use.
To use the Services, the User must fill out the registration form available on the Platform. In all cases, the User must provide Roger with all information marked as mandatory. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
Registration automatically opens an account in the name of the User (the "Account") that allows them to manage their use of the Services in a form and by the technical means that Roger deems most appropriate to provide said Services.
The User can access their Account at any time after having identified themselves using their login and password.
The User undertakes to personally use the Services and not to allow any third party to use them on their behalf or on their account, unless they bear full responsibility.
The login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. The User undertakes to preserve the security and ensure the confidentiality of the username and password of their Account. In addition, the User assumes the responsibility for the security of individual stations allowing access to the Platform.
Any access to the Platform made using the User's credentials will be deemed to have been made by the latter. They must inform Roger without delay at the contact details indicated in Appendix 16 of these if they notice or are informed that their Account, including any of the Accesses, has been used without their knowledge. They acknowledge Roger's right to take all appropriate measures in such a case.
In the event of a security breach due to non-compliance with this article by the User, the latter will be solely responsible and can in no way engage the responsibility of Roger.
The User guarantees that all the information they give in the registration form or that they provide through third-party sites referred to above is accurate, up to date and sincere and is not tainted with any deceptive character.
